Salomon Twayituriki

Three-year-old Salomon is one of nine siblings all attending school in Banda village. The family is very poor. Their source of income and food is through farming for the neighbors. This is unusual as most families in the village tend to live on and farm their ancestral land as a food source.

Salomon attends Kageno Nursery School where he receives a pre-primary education as well as breakfast and lunch daily. Salomon loves football and can often be found kicking a ball on the school grounds. He also likes to play on the swings and spend time with his friends.
